Marianne’s World Famous Corn Casserole

Over the years on our television and radio shows, we’ve talked about Marianne’s World Famous Secret Recipe for Corn Casserole. The response has always been overwhelming!

  • Yields: Serves 8 - 10

Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream

1 can creamed corn (16 oz.)

1 can whole corn kernels (16 oz.)

2 eggs beaten

1 stick of butter, melted

1 box corn muffin mix

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a large bowl, stir together the cans of corn, eggs, corn muffin mix, melted butter and sour cream. Pour into a greased 9x11 casserole dish or a 10-inch cast iron skillet.

3Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. It should pop up like a soufflé.

4Serve immediately.

Notes:

1When doubling the recipe, use a 3 quart casserole dish.
